School Holiday Fun

Get ready for a blast! with our FREE school holiday fun. You will find us at Manchester Street School this holiday break. Join us on Monday 15th of April to Friday 26th April 2024. Everyone is welcome to attend, and all these activities are provided at no charge to the public. Please note all children who attend need to be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

We will have one activity daily from 10.00am till 11.30am at Manchester Street School Hall.

Thursday 18th April - Deano Yipadee and Paul Beavis, Creative Workshop 1pm - 2pm (Book in - up to 100 participants)

Tuesday 23rd April - Balloon Art

Wednesday 24th April - Poppy Jars

Thursday 25th April - Anzac Day, Public Holiday - Library Closed

VIRTUAL REALITY 20-MINUTE SESSIONS

What is VR, you ask? The use of computer technology to create a simulated environment, instead of viewing a screen, users are immersed and able to interact with 3D worlds. The boundaries disappear from the second you put on a virtual reality headset; we guarantee that there will never be a dull moment!

KIDS CREATIVE WORKSHOP (Ages 8+)

1-2PM, April 18, 2024 at Manchester Street School Hall

Join us for our school holiday fun workshop! Calling all imaginative kids for a FREE Creative Workshop with the awesome duo Deano Yipadee and illustrator Paul Beavis.

Learn the art of storytelling and illustration in a fun one-page masterpiece session.

This event is perfect for kids aged 8 and above. Parents and guardians can join in on the fun too! We've got spots for up to 100 budding artists.
