You can place holds at any time to collect from the 'Holds' shelf at the library. You will be sent an email as soon as your items are ready to pick up.
If you need to use the contactless service, then please follow these steps:
Each time you wish to use the service, you will need to fill in this form. Click and Collect Form. The library team will then contact you to confirm your booking time.
Sign in to the 'My Account' section to select the items you wish to collect.
Browse the catalogue and reserve (place a hold) copies of the titles you wish to borrow.
When you find the item you are after, if the Status says On Loan then the item is already out with someone else. You can still place a hold on the item, but it will not be available until it is returned by the current customer.
If the Status says Available then the library team will pick these items up for you and have them ready for the agreed collection time.
At your agreed collection time/day, you will need to confirm your ID when collecting your items.
