  Stones Directories - These function in much the same way as a telephone directory and yellow pages, listing street addresses along with occupations. Regions covered are Dunedin, Otago and Southland; Canterbury, Nelson, Marlborough & Westland; Wellington, Hawkes Bay & Taranaki. The period covered is from the late 19th to the early 20th centuries. The directories are text searchable on the computer located in the Heritage Room.
